Whistleblowing
Reports of illegal, unethical or contrary to business principles
TMP Group promotes a corporate culture based on integrity, ethics and legality. With this in mind, it has activated a reserved channel for reporting behaviors:
— unlawful (crimes or violations of the law);
— contrary to the Code of Ethics or Model 231;
— do not comply with current regulations or internal regulations;
— potentially harmful to the company, employees or third parties.
Who can report
All employees, collaborators, suppliers, partners and third parties who have relationships with TMP Group.
How to send a report
It is possible to make a report by sending an e-mail to the dedicated address: segnalazioni@tmpgroup.it
Reports can also be sent anonymously. However, to facilitate fact-checking, please provide as much detail as possible.
Protection of the whistleblower
TMP Group guarantees maximum confidentiality on the identity of the whistleblower, on the contents of the report and on the documentation acquired. No form of retaliation is allowed against those who make reports in good faith. The reports are managed in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementation of the EU Directive 2019/1937 on whistleblowing).
Management of reports
The reports will be evaluated impartially, promptly and discreetly by responsible and competent subjects. Where necessary, we will proceed with internal investigations or reports to the appropriate bodies.
