Roberto Rosati

Roberto Rosati was born in Turin on 12 November 1987. He obtained his scientific baccalaureate degree at the Liceo Scientifico Niccolò Copernico in Turin. In the past, he held the position of EVS Supervisor for the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Turin, Venue Manager for the 2007 Universiade, Manager for the European Athletics Championships in 2009, and EVS Director for the 2011 European Master Games. In 2011 he was SEC Manager of Olimpia Milano, in 2010 EVS Manager of World Figure Skating Torino and in 2018 Marketing Advisor and EVS Director of World Figure Skating Championships. From 2013 to 2015 he was Marketing Director at Alma 2000 Group and from 2015 to 2018 Member of Eventitalia Network S.r.l.. He has currently been a member of Snowboom S.r.l.s. since 2018 and Sole Director at Sportellance S.r.l. since 2019. He is a member of the Youth Board of Directors of Confindustia in Turin, as well as a member of the Youth Communication Commission of Confindustria Nazionale. Since 2020, he has been Chief Executive Officer and Final Project Management Manager at TMP Group.

Basilio Antonino Scaturro: Basilio Antonino Scaturro was born in Castelvetrano on 29 May 1971. After obtaining a Degree in Business Administration at the Kore University of Enna and the Specialized Degree in Economic Sciences at the Unicusano University of Rome, he qualified to practice the profession of Accountant at the University of Palermo. He obtained the qualification of Auditor at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and is a member of the Order of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Agrigento with the qualification of Professional Broker. It is registered with the Ministry of Economic Development in the list of Independent Evaluation Body (OIV) at No. 3,159. In addition, he obtained the qualification of expert negotiator of business crisis at the ODCEC Matera — ADR and CRISI Association. Since 1998 he has been the owner of a professional firm as an Accountant and carries out tax, administrative and accounting consultancy activities. Since 2002, at the Court of Sciacca, he has held the role of Official Technical Consultant, Arbitrator pursuant to art. 15 paragraph 9 L. 3/12 (Over-indebtedness), Technical Consultant for Office Proceedings on Bank Anatocism, Bankruptcy Trustee and Judicial Custodian. Since 2015 he has been an Auditor and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors at the Corbera Cooperative Society, where he had already held the same position from 2002 to 2005. He is currently also a Sole Auditor with Audit of Gandolfo S.r.l., a member of the Board of Auditors at the Municipality of Santa Caterina Villarmosa (CL), Sole Auditor at the Municipality of Aidone (EN) and Sole Auditor at the Municipality of Sant'Angelo Muxaro (AG). In the past, he held the role of Administrative and Accounting Manager “Project Park, a network for local development in Sicily at the CIF-OIL International Training Center of the United Nations (UN) and worked as Advisor for Budget and Productive Activities and Budget Advisor - LL.PP. - Economic Development - Community Policies at the Municipality of Santa Margherita Belice (AG), as well as President of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Lavoro Sicilia S.p.A. and Auditor at the Municipality of Sambuca. He was a member of the Board of Auditors at the FESSM Foundation “V. Cervello” Cervello Hospital in Palermo and at the Municipality of Raffadali (AG).

Costantino Natale was born in Grumo Apulla on 11 June 1978. In 2002 he obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce, focusing on Business Administration, at the University of Bari and subsequently attended various training and specialization courses at various schools and universities, including the Bocconi University of Milan, on topics concerning: Management Control, Internationalization and Strategies for Growth, Marketing and Strategies for Foreign Markets, Strategic Business Communication, and Corporate Finance. After an experience in Auchan, Rinascente group, he held the role of Sales Manager of Italcode S.r.l. first and, subsequently, Commercial Director of Finlogic S.r.l. until 2008, the year in which, knowing in depth the company reality, its organizational system and the reference market, he held the role of Director. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Finlogic S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan Market of the Italian Stock Exchange, operating in the automatic identification sector with production offices in Acquaviva delle Fonti (BA) and Milan. He also deals with the management of the company for matters related to listed status, both as an investor rapporteur and managing relations with institutions and the Italian Stock Exchange. After the listing on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, he followed the growth project for external lines through various M&A transactions that led, until 2022, to the acquisition of 10 companies controlled by the parent company and of which he is a member of the various Boards of Directors. He was responsible for the implementation of the 231 model, and is now engaged in the process of integrating the various companies in the group, both at the administrative and accounting levels and at the commercial level in order to exploit their synergies. This work experience, in addition to his university and professional training, led him to deal firsthand with strategic planning at the group level with particular attention to risk management and monitoring, to the implementation of a careful internal control system, up to the coordination and direction of the work of the Board of Directors. He is currently a member of several Boards of Directors, including that of Banca BCC di Cassano Murge e Tolve, of TAKE OFF S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and finally of Assonext Milano.
