Giacomo Campo

Giacomo Campo was born in San Donà di Piave (VE) on January 7, 1965. After obtaining, in 1991, a degree in Economics and Commerce, since 1994 he has been qualified as a Chartered Accountant, enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Agrigento since 1995. He is an Auditor registered under no. 100064 Ministerial Decree 15/11/1999. He is currently included in the list of CONSOB Conciliators, in the list of Arbitrators, in the list of Auditors of the Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Education and in the list of aspiring auditors under the competence of the Regional Department of Cultural and Environmental Heritage and Public Education in the Region of Sicily. He also holds the positions of Bankruptcy Trustee, liquidator in preventive arrangement procedures, Custodian, Judicial Director, C.T.U. and Sales Delegate in real estate executive procedures at the Court of Sciacca. He is currently auditor of the municipality of Custonaci, of the municipality of Giardini Naxos and mayor of the company TMP GROUP IT S.r.l. In the past he was auditor at the municipality of Sciacca, President of the Board of Auditors of the “United Civil Hospitals” Hospital in Sciacca, and auditor of the accounts of the District Basin Authority of the Southern Apennines, advisor to the ODCEC of Agrigento.

Mauro Milillo

Mauro Milillo was born in Agropoli (SA) on 21 October 1981. In 2006 he obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce from LUISS Guido Carli, in 2007 the 2nd level Master in European and Comparative Environmental Law and Policies at the Second University of Naples and in 2016 the PhD in Economics and Management of Public Companies at the University of Salerno. Chartered Accountant registered with the Order of Rome, Statutory Auditor, Local Authority Auditor, Business Crisis Expert, he founded the Milillo & Associati Firm — Business and Tax Consultancy, with offices in Rome and Milan, active in professional services in economic, corporate and tax matters, in the public and private sectors. Adjunct university professor in Financial Sciences at LUISS Guido Carli, he has had teaching experience in various national and foreign universities. He currently holds professional administrative and control positions at companies and entities within the PA and since December 2021 he has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors at the Issuer. He is the author of the volume “Public Finance, Politics and Instructions” published by Pearson.

Antonio Maniscalco

Antonio Maniscalco was born in Sciacca on June 2, 1978. In 2005 he obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce with a business address at the University of Palermo. In 2019 he obtained a Master in Blockchain Innovation Manager at ITALIA4BLOCKCHAIN, in addition to having participated in other masters and training courses in previous years. Since 2009 he has been qualified as a Chartered Accountant and enrolled in the professional register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Order of Agrigento under number 597 section A, as well as in the register of Statutory Auditors under number 156330. Since 2013 he has been C.T.U. and Judicial Custodian at the Court of Sciacca and Palermo, in the real estate executions section. Since 2016, he has been enrolled in the Register of Judicial Administrators in no. 193 ordinary section and in the Project Manager Register. Since 2017, he has been enrolled in the CO.FI.P. register, thus obtaining the qualification of Senior Professional Financial Consultant. Since 2018, he has been enrolled in the Management Register of the over-indebtedness crisis and holds the role of Liquidator Commissioner, with a fixed-term position, of the Department of Productive Activities of the Sicily Region. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Innovation Manager Register. He is currently President of the Board of Auditors, with a three-year position, at the Department of Education and Professional Training of the Sicily Region, a monocratic O.I.V. (Independent Evaluation Body), with a three-year position and as external consultant, at the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil “I.R.V.O.”, as well as a monocratic O.I.V. component (Independent Evaluation Body), with a three-year position and as external consultant, to the Union of Municipalities “Platani-Quisquina-Magazzolo”. In the past, he has mainly carried out consultancy positions as Innovation Manager.

Isidoro Liotta

Isidoro Liotta was born in Sciacca on 19 October 1978. In 2005 he obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce at the University of Palermo. Since 2009 he has been qualified to practice the profession of Chartered Accountant and enrolled in the Register of Doctors and Accounting Experts of the Province of Agrigento, under number 598/A, as well as in the Register of Statutory Auditors with registration number 156602. Since 2010 he has been a member of the C.T.U. Register of Judicial Custodians and Sales Delegates at the Court of Sciacca (AG), with positions in the area of executive real estate procedures and management of existing inheritances. Since 2014, he has been included in the list of UECOOP auditors — serial number 126, since 2017 in the regional list of liquidators of cooperatives and their Consortiums in the Sicily Region and finally, since 2018, in the national list of independent evaluation bodies. He currently carries out management consulting, management control and financial planning activities at the Istituto Clinico Locorotondo s.r.l. in Palermo and, again, management consulting, business organization, management control, planning and strategic control at Locorotondo Labs s.r.l. in Palermo. Since 2011 he has been dealing with business finance, corporate accounting, tax advice, Real Estate Sales Procedures (Judicial Auctions), technical office advice in the field of labor law, anatocism, distribution plans following Judicial Sales and Legal Audit at Cooperatives and Public Limited Companies operating in the healthcare sector at the Accounting and Tax Consulting Firm 92019 Sciacca, as Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor. Since 2014 he has been auditor at UECOOP, a national association for the promotion, assistance and protection of the cooperative movement pursuant to art. 3 Legislative Decree no. 220 of 2 August 2002.
